Step 1: We're Listening

Listening is our number one priority in our process and our personable salespeople specialize in it. We want to help you get exactly what you’re looking for so we want to get to know you better. We have a large inventory of new and used cars, trucks, and SUVs and understanding you helps find what vehicles will perfectly fit your lifestyle and what you will be comfortable with no matter what the circumstances are.

Step 2: Vehicle Selection

After we’ve gotten to know each other we move on to vehicle selection. We will walk you around the lot and get your input on the vehicles we think would be best based on our new information or just help you find exactly what you’re looking for if you have a good picture of what you want already. When everything is narrowed down it’s time for a test drive. Our salespeople will show you all of the features available and will take you around a few different driving situations to help make sure the vehicle provides a comfortable driving experience. After that we can head back to the dealership and it’s time to move to step 3 of our process.

Step 3: The Trade-In

When it comes to trade-ins we have a few options that you can take advantage of. We offer free trade-in appraisals on your cars, trucks, and SUVs. We’ll get you the best price for your trade-ins and you can even sell your vehicle directly to us for credit on your next purchase from us.

Step 4: The Numbers

Now that we’ve narrowed down your vehicle options to the perfect option, we get down to the numbers segment. We understand that this part of the process can be hectic but at Kunes we do our best to make it a transparent and comfortable experience. Our salespeople and financial experts will be honest on prices and the options available. Our finance department provides fast approval processes and will do everything they can to help regardless of your current credit situation.

Step 5: The Delivery

Now that all of the paperwork is done, you’re now the owner of the selected vehicle. Congratulations! Our job isn’t done yet though! As part of our dedication to your satisfaction and comfort in your new purchase, we’ll help you get all set up with all of the features the vehicle has to offer and even help you pair your phone if you need assistance. Once you’re settled and we’ve done our job, it’s time for us to say goodbye for now and welcome to the Kunes family!
